Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At creativeberryco, all products sold are digital downloads (eBooks, templates, tools, or other digital content). Because these items are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for digital products unless:

There is a technical issue preventing access, or

an accidental duplicate purchase was made.

Unauthorized Refund Claims

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that:

• Lack valid supporting documentation
• Are submitted after the 7-day window
• Appear fraudulent or abusive

Additional non-returnable items:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Some health and personal care items
